Most positions in our organization are equipped with a company iPhone with unlimited data so you don't have to worry about using your personal phone for work. We also support you in setting work-life boundaries. Off the clock? Work phone: off!
All positions are equipped with the technology they need to succeed. Whether it's tablets in the field or computer workstations for our fully remote workers, we've got you covered.
Our core values of Collaboration, Initiative, Empowerment and Transparency drive our mission and our daily work.
Career Pathing
Clear, consistent, and objective criteria and benchmarks (Wage Ranges and Education & Experience Considerations linked here) are used to determine wage offers for new hires and internal promotions.
We provide clear career paths (Titles & Brief Descriptions linked here), opportunities to gain new responsibilities (resulting in raises to your base wage), and scaffolding support to help you reach your professional goals.
Recognition & Rewards Programs
Annual Merit Evaluations are completed every September by reviewing every Regular employee's performance over the previous 12 months.
Because we're committed to our Culture of Wellness, hard work and success are rewarded with time off, Wellness Reimbursement Points, and investments in your personal and professional development.
We honor dedication and excellence through Anniversary and Achievement recognition gifts.
With our Peer Recognition Program, you can earn rewards you when you receive Shout Outs from your teammates and when you give them!
All supervisors are empowered with discretionary recognition budgets so they can give individualized on-the-spot rewards and gratitude gifts.
Scheduled Raises/Adjustments
Because we strive to be on the leading edge of total compensation amongst our peers, we complete an Annual Market Compensation Analysis for every position in the organization and--whenever it's fiscally feasible--we adjust base wages accordingly.
Annual Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA)--based on the Consumer Price Index from the previous calendar year--are effective the first full pay period in April.
