LOS ANGELES COUNTY
City Net was founded in the Los Angeles City of Long Beach by a group of community members looking to support their neighbors experiencing homelessness. What started as a grassroots community outreach effort grew into programming that stretched across Long Beach and into the City of Bellflower. Once City Net established itself as an official 501c3 and worked in a formal capacity facilitating street-outreach and case management services in Orange County, City Net was invited back into the City of Bellflower to partner with local law enforcement on supporting the most chronic cases of homelessness in their city. In Los Angeles we provide a variety of services for our neighbors experiencing homelessness that include outreach, case management, housing navigation, interim housing and referrals to partnering local programs.
